You may with to give the OOMPH app permission to access certain features on your device. A pop-up will appear with the details, which you can accept or decline. If you decline, you can change your mind later and follow these steps to give OOMPH permission:

• Go to the Apple Settings app
• Scroll down and select OOMPH
• Tap to allow access
