Activity Overview

Tap the Activity tab within the OOMPH app to view a history of your workout activity. The system will display your workouts by Month, with the most recent month displayed first. Displayed below the name of the month are your summary totals, including the number of workouts you did, the estimated total number of calories burned and the total number of minutes that you worked out. To minimize a specific month, tap the down arrow to the right of the name of the month. The actual workouts that you participated in are displayed below your monthly totals. Tap to open a specific workout to view that workouts stats, including your estimated average % of maximum heart rate zone, estimated calories burned and number of rounds that you completed. From this page you also have the option to tap to Redo that workout as well as to tap the star to add that workout to your favorites. You can also share your workout details by tapping the share button at the top right of the screen. To view your favorite workouts, swipe left within the Activities page. Your favorite workouts will be displayed in month order with your most recent workouts displayed first. To redo one of your favorite workouts, tap that workout and tap redo.
