The trial gives you access to all of the workouts and content within OOMPH, just like a normal OOMPH subscription. The 7-day free trial is available within the OOMPH iOS app and can be downloaded from the iOS App Store. At the end of your trial, you will automatically be converted to a subscriber unless you cancel your subscription prior to your 7 th day.
